“The Same Fire”

A small tree planted inside a church glows with tongues of fire. Outside the dark building, the sun rises, shining through the window, representing a new dawn in the Church. The flame of the Holy Spirit upon us (we are the branches) is the same fire that the burning bush held when God spoke to Moses, ushering His people into freedom. This painting is a prayer that the Church would know the wonder of Pentecost!
