Although Faith now prefers to work with oil paint, the majority of her paintings were created in acrylic. Both mediums offer rich depth of color, and have incredible layering abilities, but oils offer much greater quality and longevity.

Faith was trained in classical realism with oils, and has since ventured into a world of stylized painting with a distinct color palette. Each piece is meticulously planned, from the reference materials, to the drawing, to each individual brushstroke.

In a fast-paced world, she believes that painting traditionally brings an increase of patience for the artist, and similarly invites the viewer to slow down and enter deep contemplation.
